trying to set up my money

i was going through the money setup on my pc
but when i get to the part where it asks me
to enter my hotmail address and password
i am told that it cant log on
here is wat it is telling me
"your sign-in information could not be varified. go online,
then re enter your sign-in information"
but i am already online
i have no problem signing in to my e-mail account
in any other way
just through the money setup

I'm seeing some reports that Passport is running really slow at present and
experiencing timeouts. It is possible that you are running into this issue.
You may need to try again later.
