same problem as an earlier post; i was instructed to purchase money
essentials from my trial version, then (after installing and paying for it)
was told it won't open my existing money plus files!!! how to we i get
refunded? how do i get the correct money product without paying twice??

and - there IS NO WARNING when you're buying essentials that it won't work
with your existing files. this has got to be illegal.
