When I ordered the software, the downloadable version, of Money Premium,
2007, I expected to see the link highlighted on my receipt. That's where I'm
supposed to see it. However, the link isn't highlighted. What am I doing
wrong? I've turned off pop-up blockers. I have Norton Anti-Virus. Does Norton
need to be turned off? How do i do that? I've never had this kind of trouble
downloading software before? Can someone help me?

Hi Cal, thank you for responding. No, there isn't even a "clickable" link
showing. It says on the receipt, "Electronic Download", but it isn't
highlighted, I don't even have a link to copy and paste. I don't see anywhere
else that the link could possibly be. You'd think it would be easier to do
this. (It probably is easy, but I'm not seeing it).

You see a link, but it is not highlighted (clickable)? I would just
copy it from the email, and paste it into the address box of IE.
Norton has caused problems with Money in the past. If you run into
that, I would uninstall Norton, Install Money, and reinstall Norton.

In http://support.microsoft.com/kb/889930/ see the section under
"Money 2007 and Money Plus" for some help links for install.
