This new update has completely screwed everything up. I've tried following
the help instructions and it doesn't work...I can no longer connect with my
bank. I have never seen a more complicated non-user friendly update or
program. Can somone help?

I have had the same problem. Unfortunately, I haven't found an answer yet.
