Had this error. Took me a day of troubleshooting ranging from
uninstalling, installing, new emails, new windows users, etc etc...you
name it I did it.

The Microsoft website does have about 10 things you can try to fix
this...I tried them all...BUT...

My fix came when I deleted ALL the temporary internet files, and
cookies, and then told Microsoft internet explorer to download that
information again whenever internet explorer restarted.

my last piece of advice is to READ ALL THE DETAILS TO FIXING
THIS....it will help!
