MS Money for PocketPC v.2.01

While I may be ignorant, I know what question to ask to
abate my ignorance. The Microsoft website, however, is so
poorly constructed that I cannot ask a simple question
regarding the Microsoft Money for PocketPC product without
jumping through a dozen damn hoops!

All I want to know is if my iPAQ is running Windows CE
3.0, is that considered the PPC 2002 OS?

This question is in response to the following statement
made on the Microsoft Money for PocketPC website:

Note: Money 2003 for the Pocket PC requires the Pocket PC
2002 operating system. If you're running an earlier
version, you must upgrade in order to use Money for the
Pocket PC. Check with the manufacturer of your device for
information on upgrades.>

No Windows CE 3.0 is not the same as Pocket PC 2002.
That doesn't mean it won't work. Best thing to do is to
try it.
