Digital imaged check transactions not downloading into Money

When I do a online update to update my bank accounts some cleared checks are
not showing up on my Money 2007 check account register.

When I login to my bank online I can see the check has cleared and I also
can click on the check # view the scanned check image. But some of these are
not being downloaded into MS money for whatever reason.

My problem is only with tranactions that are cleared checks that are
avaiable for digital viewing.

Otherwise everything else downloads and updates just fine.

Any suggetions?

I am guessing that your bank is described with the term "third
party" on http://www.microsoft.com/money/bankonline.aspx

If you bought Money, you could call Microsoft support. Write down
your serial number from Help->About. That is the number you will
need.

The group for Microsoft Money is microsoft.public.money. If you use
the MS web interface, they call that "Money General".
