MSN Money "initialization failed"

I have previously viewed my MSN Money Portfolio on my office computer on a
regular basis. I am now attempting to access the file on my laptop at home
but each time I login to my account I receive an error message telling me
"initialization failed".

Can anyone provide me some insights as to why this is happening and how I
might resolve the problem. Responses to another thread did not seem to
resolve the issue.
