Money is adding and subtracting .04 cents from budget

I have set up a budget for the local PTSO and for some
strange reason, Money is either subracting or adding .04
cents to several of the budget items. Not all items are
incorrect. I can't find any reason for this. When I
change the dates of the fiscal year in question, Money
does change the total dollar figure that it is off. If
anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks.
