I want to remove 3 columns from from 3 portfolios from a
second page so they are not printed any more and only page
one is printed.

The help page tells me how to do this but I am missing
something.
Will greatly appreciate your help in this matter and thank
you in advance for your help!

Right-click on any of the headings and select "Edit Current
Customized View". You can also get there from Clicking "View"....

You can also create a new view so you can go back and forth.
