Transfers Out of Budget Accounts?

Based on a suggestion, I also tried deleting my Archived
Budget and creating a new Budget, and even though there
are no bills or credit card payments listed that Money
could have picked up on, it STILL automatically budgeted
the $75.00 for Transfer Out of Budget Accounts. I'm so
desperate, I'm almost willing to spend that much per month
just to make the budget work, if I only knew where Money
thought it was going!!!
