Today I have suddenly been getting messages about file downloads as I
navigate around. I am being asked to Open Save or Cancel a file download
before each new page I have selected opens.
The files tend to be MNY??.sirfplace of a type Surfboard Shim Doc Object
View from Sirf.mar@.
I have tries reinstalling Money and Restoring back to yesterday.
Please can anyone help?

This is probably related to IE, and maybe popup blocking.

You could try setting IE back to defaults. You could try method 4 of
