Suddenly and I cannot connect to my bank. The message I
get is " A general error occurred with your financial
institution".
After calling my bank, they said I just needed to delete
an APAY instruction ( I created an instruction to cancel
one of my APAYs). Problem is, if I can't connect to the
Bank, MS Money will not allow me to delete my APAY. in
fact, the bank suspects that the APAY deletion
instruction is the cause of the problem.
Help! Is there another method to delete this APAY cancel
instruction so I may re-attempt to connect to my bank?
Or, is there another explanation as to why I get the "a
general error occurred with your financial
institution"......
Please advise.
