Home Mortgage and home asset setup - Money 2007 busniness

I was able to configure my home mortgage loan correctly, and have included
the loan
account inside in the account settings for Home asset, but the result was
the software does not give me the correct value of the home as Money 2007
combines
the purchase value and loan value, any idea? did I make any thing wrong ?
