Money stops working - DEP?

eI bought a new computer which now runs Vista. I bought Money Deluxe 2007.
It will not run. Money has stopped working. I have listed all the
components as exceptions under the DEP tab. I have disabled DEP except for
Windows. No help at all. My computer has hardware based DEP. Is that the
problem?

I upgraded to Money Deluxe 2008. Same problem.

Please help.

Even though the article is specific to Money Plus, some of the symptoms and
causes apply to Money 2006 and 2007 (specifically the too many unaccepted
transactions and the related KB article that talks about modules on the home
page).

Slow down (apparent hangs) can also be due to corrupted Bills.
So you might want to explore the Remove All Bills Data repair option (under
the File menu)

I've already done the steps outlined in that KB article. Doesnt help at all.
Any other suggestions?

ALL of the steps.

The article was recently updated to include steps to accept any backlog of
"unaccepted transactions"
Plus there is a link to another article that describes how to remove some
modules from the home page.

So, did you try all three of the following:

1. Accept all unaccepted transactions
2. Remove the Spending Tracker module from the home page
3. Remove All Bills Data
