My Money 2004 has crashed. My working file has disappeared and it
won't accept my CD backup file. I tried reinstalling it from the disc,
but it didn't seem to work -- it didn't take me through a setup
sequence and it just went to the same blank page as before. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Copy you *.mny and *.mbf files to different media such as a USB
flash drive. It is possible your hard drive is suspect.

Try reinstalling Money to a different folder.

Right click the setup.exe and RunAsAdministrator.
