Budgeting for Savings

Hi,
I'm setting up a new budget,and I want to register in it
that money will be moving to savings accounts I have. Is
there any way of doing this? I can't find any way of
designating what happens to any surplus money.

Under the details (properties) of the savings account, if you untick
the box "include this account in the budget", then money moved to that
account, by regular bill, or manually, will then become a budget entry
"transfer out of budget account".

I find these useful for monthly-DD accounts like gas bills where every
third month would otherwise have a completely different budget from
the others.

v2003: Budgeting on 4-weekly basis? Is there any way to configure Money 2003 such that the budgeting functionalty is of use when one gets paid 4-weekly??? The budget planner / editor converts everthing to monthly payments which makes trying to budget with Money next to impossible!
