automatic account updates in background

Hi,
I have MS Money 2007 Premium and I would like it to update accounts
and download statements in the background even when MS Money is not
running. I have setup all accounts and scheduled daily updates but
they are still not running automatically. What am I missing here?

I think what you are missing is that "in the background", in the context of
M07, precludes "even when MS Money is not running".

I guess I haven't expressed myself very well. Let me try again: MS
Money is not running a process in the background as a service which
can download financial transaction even though the main program is not
actually open? I have to physically open the main program and let it
run the whole time so that the scheduled updates would be executed?
What's the mnybbsvc.exe process for?

Automatic account updates conflicting with invoices paid... Please excuse my ignorance on this one. I am trying Money 2007 Small Biz edition. When I receive payments for multiple invoices I will deposit them all once in my checking account. That deposit shows up automatically from my account updates that happen
