Archiving causes account balances to be off

When I try to archive transactions the resulting balances
of my accounts such as checking, saving etc, start
showing the wrong balances. I have balanced all my
checking accounts and have checked out my savings
account, but the resulting balances after achiving show
up wrong.
Please assist.

You can adjust the Opening Balance in each account if they are not
correct.

You can undo the archiving, since the archive file is a copy of your
entire Money file before archiving.
